This has to be the worst rental experience we have had. Terrible terrible service provided with 6 weeks to finalise our end of lease and charging for the most ridiculous stuff. They will disregard any concerns you may have and act as though they never heard you. Plenty of other real estates such explore property that will provide a far better service and experience. Look else where if you can

Air con stopped working in June (Moranbah). Put in a work order that it needed to be fixed, not worrying too much due to it being winter, and plenty of time until the warmer weather. About 7 weeks later in August, I had to chase this up - Vikki from Vision in Moranbah stated that the owner had agreed to replace - however no communication until that point. I waited for another 3 weeks, it is now the 4th of September, and temperatures above 30 deg C every day. Vikki stated that she would get back to me - but nothing; and I have had to put in a stronger request for action. This is very poor customer service. I sometimes wonder if the good times from 2011 - 2012 have addled their views on how people should be treated. In the end, they will lose us as tenants in a very tenant focused market!
Mackay: Rude Staff. Non professional. Not caring . Not respectful. Not response to emails on time. Horrible with tenants. These was my experience when I was deal with them in comparison with the other agency that I have seen. Any way I left Mackay.
The Manager of Vison Real Estate Darren was very rude to me after i just inquired about a House in the high Risk aerea Dysart Qld. I belive when i get a reaktion like this either he had a bad day ore he is hiding something. The Risk going with this Company is to high for me right now.
