Very unprofessional and rude. We swapped agencies and needed the entry photos for a court case and they refused to supply. Happy to collect fees but thats about all they are good for.

The worse real estate you will ever come across. They nice to you when you're interested in a house but once you sign the lease their true colours come out. Unprofessional, Rude bunch of people altogether in one place.
Nothing ever got fixed. Screens that had direct sun all day where perished. Had asked for them to be replaced and never got done. But once we left they charged us to replace them. Charged us for painting to go over patch work that was there before we moved in., it was even on entry report when my wife moved in. Approximately 10 months to get cornice fix that was falling down. 18 months after cyclone Debbie and car port roof still damaged.the list goes on. I'm surprised we didn't get charged for the bark in the garden that had broken down over time. Even had 3 rent increases in 6 BLOODY WEEKS. Will never recommend this crapy establishment to anyone. Friends had their home rented out through them, lost a long time renter and owners rang tenants why they were leaving . You guessed it Nothing got fixed. Owners did not even know about the repairs
