Friendly, courteous, know your property and what is going on with the tenants. Onto maintenance and other issues. If there are any dramas the owner of the business actually responds as well. Highly recommend for your rental property. Have had another agent in Mackay and they let our house go to rack and ruin after spending thousands on upgrades and gardens. All went well for us with our day in court against a large scale agent that is not even an REIQ member !! Beware!!
