Room comfortable. Decor of building like max security prison. They took $75 deposit refunded on checkout but may not be received for 5 business days. Never ever have i been required to pay deposit. Enough for me to avoid Oaks from now on.
Love the rooms here. Modern, fresh, clean and good layout. Staff are alwsys friendly and helpful.

The one bedrooms are great. Nice and modern. Serviced daily. Great hotel.
Rooms are not to bad, but the Pub across the road is very LOUD and the hotel is not sound proofed at all, the sounds rips straight through the room.From Thursday through Sunday from 2pm until 1am there is live music and drunken bogans screaming/fighting (literally cops broke up fights out the front of the pub on the Friday and Saturday night when I stayed) in the street DIRECTLY out the front of the hotel.Good luck getting a decent night sleep.
