I would like to say thanks to the staff for their friendly and professional service which I received a week ago. My youngest daughter works and lives in London and she asked if I could put together some home comforts of Arnotts biscuits and BBQ sauce and send over. After thinking over my purchase I really didn't want my parcel taking too long to arrive as there was some chocolate in the contents. As advised it took only one week to arrive. I'm so greatful that there is actually a local business that meets their promise. I would highly recomend everyone who wishes to send parcels to use Mackay Pack and Send

What a wonderful experience. My items were packaged with extreme care and whilst I was assured a delivery of two to three days - the items showed up the very next day which was exceptionally fortunate as it was my son's birthday and he received his presents on the day! I cannot say thanks enough - great little business with awesome service and attention to detail!
