Expert and proffesional from start to finish really careful wirh my furniture they dismantled and put my bed back together at final destination all packing was removed at the end and will certainly use them again for next shift
The crew at Grace Mackay were excellent, took a lot of care when packing and removing items from the home. Management was particularly prompt following up queries and understood our concerns. The transition turned out to be very smooth and it was good to see it was one less thing we had to worry about.Will definitely recommend these guys to anybody.
We were told the removal men would arrive 8 to 8.30am, which we were were counting on, then the manager told us the day before that they wouldn't arrive till 10 to 10.30 but that there would be 3 men and it would only take a few hours. When they finally arrived there were only 2 men. They didn't finish till after 2 which left us very short of time to have the house ready for the 5pm final inspection. The removal men did a good job, just a shame there wasn't enough of them.
Grace were quick to quote, and were the only group to specifically deal with pot plants. Their pickup and delivery teams were professional and courteous.Update: pot plants seemed to get lost (took weeks to travel just 350km!) and arrived damaged or dead. Claimed on insurance. :-(
