If i could give 0 stars i would. Because they did absolutely jack sh*t. My partners brother took their cars in and they did nothing. Car broke down with no coolant the next day! Car also just died and needs a new engine because they didnt even do the oil although they got charged for it. Was completely empty when we did our own service 3 months after taking it in!! Too late now, cars dead. Do not go here. Dunno what they do but fixing and servicing cars aint it.
We have been dealing with this company for over three months, trying to get a car part. When we call to check on the status of my order, we get no answer, no voice mail, no reaponse. We just found out they are NOT part of KMart but are a separate company??Very frustrated!
The staff are genuine, friendly, honest, and have a good sense of humour. I wasn'charged for unnecessary parts, the price was competitive, the location is perfect. Thank you.
