Poor service, car booked in for service 8am,no one turned up, left at 8.30. Tfd did not ring back to apologise or reschedule another day. Have not been back

Great service today. Had my car booked in for a wheel balance. Was really happy with the results, the price and how friendly/knowledgeable the guy was. Will return for sure.
Disappointed. Booked car in for a wheel alignment and got told to wait 2 hours and job was still not done. After 2 1/2 wait I got told that they are too busy to do it on the day. Seriously why book the car in when you can't do the job?
