Bought a car they have serviced from new and the engine light illuminated,so we rang up to see if they have any information in there system(as it happened almost immediately after picking it up)so I can get it fixed as I'm from another statesI was told they cannot give me any information on the car due to privacy and confidentiality.Now I didn't want personal details of the previous owner, I just wanted to know what sensor is playing up in the car as I've only just recently bought it and was looking for there help rather than play guessing games with mechanics here in Sydney. In the old days an Aussie would help another but these days everybody tries to make you jump through hoops for no reason.Hopeless service
A honest dealership where there is no pressure on you to buy a car because you test drove it. The dealer who served me was honest, friendly and clear with the car. He also ensured I was aware of all the options available to me before making a final decision. Overall, one of the friendliest dealerships I have been to.
