Service is awesome, bit expensive but the staff are fantastic
The worst dealer experience I have ever had on having my new Rangers 15,000 km service. Pre booked the service 3 weeks prior for an early s,tart and explained we were travelling so would be waiting for the 2 hr service time To cut a long story short through service teams lies and incompetence, got the veh back at 2.30pm after arriving at 8am. Written complaint to the service manager, who didn't give a toss. Never deal with these morons.
Terrible customer service. Anything more than a basic service and they are terrible. Drove around for 4 months waiting for a new shocky. Drove around for 3 months waiting for replacement seatbelts. Clueless when you arrive to pick up your car. I'm waiting for parts for a warranty job now and I'm guessing it will take them 6 months to get the parts in. Terrible place.
If I could give zero stars I would. without a doubt worst possible experience time after time and my new car only just hit 3000km. 7 calls to organise warranty work
Absolutely ridiculous service. Went in before Easter (March) to get the tailgate fixed on a Ford Territory. After 6months and 8 subsequent visits, the Ford 'mechanics' were finally able to fix it. Then they have tried to charge for labour. They can expect a significant return invoice for my time if they choose to pursue the labour charges.
