Although the young lady that helped us through our fur babies last moment was truly awesome the same can't be said about the person she asked as to whether we could bring in and get a refund on the medicine that we had purchased, just days prior to my pets passing. It was unopened and still had its seal in place.We are thoroughly disgusted by the mentality. Profits before people.
