The BEST food!!! Authentic. The staff are amazingly welcoming to my children esp. my son whom has autism.. His favourite food is the grilled octopus & it never disappoints!! We always recieve special care & the best service in Mackay! Hugs & a "specially" made drink for the kids to go with their meal for the extra welcoming touch! By far.. our favourite resturant in Mackay!
Hands down best service in town, everyone there was so polite and welcoming. The food is full of flavor and the serving size is well worth what you pay. I'll be back for sure!
Fantastic food and service. Even though they were busy and they were a few staff down we could not fault the service. Is great to see the owners out in the restaurant taking orders, offerering suggestions for entrees and making sure everything is okay. Big thumbs guys!
The best service I've had in Years. The food was amazing. We had the Greek feast which was perfect as we couldn't decide what to get. Not only did we get to try a bit of everything we also tried things I would never have ordered and turned out to be so much better value for money. We spent hours in the restaurant not because we were waiting for food but because the atmosphere made you never want to leave. Fantastic staff, Fantastic Food my new favorite restaurant. I will be back again everytime I'm in town. Thanks for a great night.
Overall I enjoyed my meal here I had the quail. Our waitress was very pleasant and carried out her role very well. We ordered a starter and our mains, the mains arrived and the starter had never come. Our waitress went to check and came back to us with the starter and said it was made at the same time. She then asked if we wanted it and we said no because we had our mains already. The waitress came back and said the manager said he didn't want to waste the food and will do it at half price. It was left on our table..... after finishing our meal we did try the starter and it was good. While I was still eating the waitress came and took my friends plate away, then a little bit later another waitress came and asked if she could take the plates i said im still eating and she pointed to the starter plate and said that's empty. Overall the restaurant was not even 50% full and it felt like we were being hurried out the door. The main point of food was good but you really need to address your serving and I'm not meaning waitress training.
