DAM my ROOF is leaking I'm absolutely devastated Not even 3 years since I had my roof replaced I told them 6 months after roof was done there were problems nothing was done.
I contracted Tri Plumbing to replace the roof on part of my house. Some years later I noticed water damage to the eaves under that part of the roof. I noticed capillary action happening with the roof sheets during a thunderstorm. Under advice from the QBCC I contacted Tri and asked them fix the issue. I did so. Two plumbers attended promptly and bent the ends of the roof sheets down. They said that this would resolve the problem and should have been done as part of the initial work. I had the same opinion from a building inspector from my insurer. He said that industry standard for flat pitched roofs is to bend the ends of the sheets down. I pursued the matter through the QBCC but had no luck. They said that it was impossible to prove that sheets hadn't been bent down as part of the original job and that there were other possible causes. I don't recommend Tri Plumbing.
Exceptional Service. After the hot water blew up on Wed night, they had a new one installed for us up and running for hot showers the next day. Thanks guys, much appreciated. Staff were prompt, helpful and great to deal with.
Poor customer service and work ethic of technician. 7 weeks ago requested 3 residential jobs to be completed in Mackay. 1. New toilet install (and old one removed)2. Water hammer sound investigated3. Cold water tap in shower replaced1. Toilet removed and replaced 7 weeks ago, however technician ran out of caulking and would return later that week. 7 weeks later, still waiting. Tech called to make appointment to finish, never called and never showed up. Still waiting....2. Tech seemed uninterested, however stated he would return later that week to investigate. Still waiting...3. As above. Very disappointed in this company. Would not use again and definitely would not recommend. Find another company.
Excellent customer service! Called a few establishments to assist with my gas heated shower suddenly gone cold - they were all happy to come out & charge like wounded bulls. However, Naomi helped thru simple troubleshooting techniques and solved the issue - at no cost!!! Your honesty have earned my trust & I am your customer next time, too.
