My partner purchased a pair of Homyped shoes that failed after a weeks use. They were taken back and the response was very poor. Was told the lady to talk to was not available and she will ring my partner on Tuesday last week, this didnt happen. My partner went back on Saturday the 2nd and was able to talk to the lady by phone. The response was they can do nothing as the shoes had been worn. She was advised to talk direct to Homyped. They are not aware of the consumers rights under the ACCC. Will be lodging a complaint via the ACCC.
Normally I'm quick to give a deserved good review for a business but unfortunately, the service needs some improvement at this pharmacy as the lady serving me was quite openly complaining about her job, the incompetence of the other staff and how she doesn't have time to deal with it due to my scripts not being filled out correctly and being overcharged. I'm hesitant to go back and be a repeat customer due to this unprofessionalism and do understand being frustrated, but it's not a good look to do so in front of customers.
Went in for medical certificate from pharmacist and was just told no. No reason, how ever he looked old and lazy.
Staff are useless and slow. Products are over priced. I just waited 22 mins to get a pack of penadol and left cause it was easier to go to coles. Friggin useless
Great!No waiting more then 5 min. Excellent service, friendly and helpfull Staff. Lovely and tastefully presented Chemist shop. No complaints. Cheers,
