Done a terrible job of weeding our gardens and dont care the customer isnt happy with the work. Look elsewhere, wouldnt waste your time

My experience with them was the worst! I wanted to give a ZERO, but it only starts rating to tick ONE star. Complaint is now with Fair Trading*Quoted with a price but you would be informed with a higher quote after they actually started the work hours later. During the quoting process, they only asked number of bedrooms, toilet and shower and carpets. Nothing else was mentioned. They don't give you a chance to cancel the job because "they already started". Why they don't inform you when they first arrived at the site to tell you the job would cost more? May be the quote was only site unseen, but how about a courtesy to inform the CORRECT price at the time of inspection, on the arrival of the day before the job is started??? So that the customer has a choice to proceed or cancel. I thought this should've be the right practice of any business transaction. It did NOT happen. They only told you hours later after they've started the work and tell you it costed more to force you to pay extra! They literally called me to inform the price difference THREE hours later! Their admin staff told me on the phone three hours after they started the job, "You should've clean the place before Bond Clean is ordered". I have never personally heard about this saying. Why do I need to order a Bond Clean service if need to clean the place before hand???*The owner was rude and racist after I brought this matter to his attention. He did not listen from customer's point of view at all. Quoted owner's words "I'm in this business longer than you are in Australia". *I was verbally promised for a three-days guarantee of their work, after requested it because it failed final inspection - this guarantee was NOT delivered*They don't reply your email at all after you raised an issue. Only if you choose a private number, but just be aware of abusive and racist comments from owner.

Not a customer. However they were cleaning my neighbours house and had connected their hose to my tap. (I'm not aware for how long) Clearly you could see that my tap was on a completely seperate building. But because my tap was in a more convenient and visable spot an employee of this company sort fit to use it. Not very intentive or considerate! The employee did apologize after I told him to stop using my water quite abruptly. However an apology doesnt pay for the water he used now does it.
