I went in to get my helix pierced. Was not offered any salt spray and was also unaware that this was needed. My friend then told me it was needed so I went back and purchased some. Following this I followed all the steps required to keep the piercing healthy, even keeping it in for over the required time. I decided to take the piercing out one night and my hole closed. I was not offered any kind of refund or another hole pierced even though I followed exactly what was told to me.
