Don't bother going here, I went to 1 of the 2 stores in Canelands, Mackay and was quoted a price from one of the stores, they couldn't fit me in, so advised me to try their other store. So I walked around there, told the lady what I wanted done and the price I had been quoted. She sat me down and went and got a different lady who would do my colour. They both then walked away, left me sitting there while they spoke at the counter. They came back and gave me a quote which was at least $70 dearer than the other Salon. I said aren't you the same company? They said yes they were, they wouldn't even call the other store, said that the lady at the other store obviously made a mistake! VERY POOR customer service, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable!Will never walk into this salon again (the one across from Woolworths.)
