Mixed reception on my only two occasions. A couple of months ago I bought a new 7 speed cassette and the guy who served me was as helpful as. Went in today with a voucher and wanted to see about fixing my old bike and after a bit of service from one guy I he left and said he had customers to serve just after the second person entered the shop.
We made a special trip into town today with the purpose to purchase a bike. Despite 2 people behind the counter and no other customers we were totally ignored. It was a shame as they had what we wanted, but we chose to go elsewhere where the range wasn't as good but the customer service far exceeded our experience at corry's.Response read... bit late now we spent $1000 elsewhere. Staff where we bought the new bike said they get lots of similar comments about the service at correys, so it's probably not due to management being away.
Awesome service and great staff! Set me up on my new bike and away I went! Definitely would happily suggest them anyone looking for biking needs.
