Hadn't booked, I was able to walk in and get my nails done super fast. Staff were very nice, gentle and pleasant. Will be using Rainbow Nails from now on.
4 of us girls came and got our nails done today and one of the ladies was really rude to one of the other girls. We understand they are really busy but some of us have parts of our nails that aren't painted at all and they aren't filed all in the same shape for example i asked for coffin and i got square and one that is in the shape of coffin. On the other hand I usually get the guy that works there and I truly recommend him, he is amazing and so lovely too.
I know it's a busy time of year but kept accepting more customers. Did not say no to anyone that came in even though they were flat OUT.Did a dodgy job of nails. Will not go back.
Well I was quoted $60 for gel nails and $30 for a pedi. I walked out of there with a nice set of nails and the Pedi was good but the price had changed. The total cost was now $110. I did complain but they said 'new set of nails...' well when I rang I told them I wanted a set of acrylic nails and Pedi. I just checked up on the internet and found some cheaper prices . Also a full set of acrylics at Lorna's is $50. So considering everything I must say I did enjoy the pedi but not happy about the cost. They have lost me as a satisfied customer.

They will always make an effort to fit you in and their standard Opi toenail polish pedi lasts for up to 3 weeks if you are careful. They offer a variety of nail techniques and try their best to keep their customers happy. Great prices and quick service.
