Great bunch of people in that office. From the time you walk in and greeted with Lisa's big smile to when you walk out after a talk with John or Derek you are made to feel like a million bucks.......and they know what their talking about.
Cost me a bomb and lost me untold credibility with the ATO who now appear not to trust me...... Took it upon themselves to decide a utility one of my employees drove was my personal vehicle and amended 12 months worth of BAS resulting in my having a GST liability. When I took issue with them over this they were not even apologetic. Refused to take my 'phone calls as well......AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Highly recommend, extremely professional yet friendly customer service, will definitely come back next year and recommend to others!
